1. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (89 FR 8163) on 02/06/2024 the final results of its administrative review of certain producers and/or exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails from Malaysia for the period 07/01/2021 through 06/30/2022. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, for shipments of certain steel nails from Malaysia produced and/or exported by the firms listed below, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/06/2024, the required cash deposit has been revised: Producer and/or Exporter: Region International Co., Ltd. and Region System Sdn. Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate for establishing the cash deposit rate. 4. For all producers/exporters of certain steel nails from Malaysia without their own rate, the cash deposit rate is 2.66 percent. 5. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 6.
