Any ACE Reports user can now schedule a 15-30 minute appointment with an ACE Reports expert to assist with a specific issue or question. These sessions will frequently involve the use of a webinar tool to enable the user to demonstrate the issue they are trying to resolve. These sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday during the hours of 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM ET and 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET. Please send an e-mail to ace.reports@cbp.dhs.gov to schedule a 15-30 minute appointment during one of the time windows above. Please include "Request for Virtual Office Hours Appointment" in the subject line of your e-mail as well as a brief description of your question or issue that you would like the ACE Reports team to address.
