Notice of final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of tin mill products from the Republic of Korea (A-580-915)

1. On 01/10/2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register (89 FR 1545) its final affirmative determination of sales at less-than-fair-value in the antidumping duty investigation of tin mill products from the Republic of Korea (A-580-915). 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 3046406, dated 02/15/2023. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-580-915. 4. For imports of tin mill products from Korea, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/10/2024. Effective 01/10/2024, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: TCC Steel Corp. Case number: A-580-915-002 Cash deposit rate: 2.69% All Others Case Number: A-580-915-000 Cash Deposit Rate: 2.69% 5. Commerce found a zero or de minimis dumping margin for imports of subject merchandise for the producer/exporter combination identified below. Accordingly, CBP is directed not to suspend liquidation of imports of shipments, and not to collect cash deposits, from the producer/exporter combination as it will be excluded from any potential order. Case Number: A-580-915-001 This exclusion from suspension of liquidation does not apply to entries of merchandise: (i) produced by producer name and exported by any company other than exporter name; (ii) exported by exporter name and produced by any company other than producer name; or (iii) exported by a company that sourced from this excluded combination. Accordingly, such merchandise should be entered under the case number and cash deposit rate for the appropriate company (or all others) under the sub-paragraphs above. 6. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the producer, then the following instructions apply: A. If the exporter of the subject merchandise does not have its own rate but the producer has its own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the producer's rate. B. Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate of 2.69 percent to establish the cash deposit rate. 7.
