On 01/04/2024 Commerce published in the Federal Register the Notice of Court Decision Not In Harmony with Final Determination and Notice of Amended Final Determination in the Antidumping Duty Investigation of Mattresses from Thailand (89 FR 456). 2. As a result of the final decision of the Court of International Trade (Court No. 21-00285) and the Amended Final Determination in the antidumping duty investigation of Mattresses from Thailand, Commerce amended certain cash deposit rates. For shipments of mattresses from Thailand entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/01/2024, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: All-Others Case number: A-549-841-000 Cash deposit rate: 572.56% Producer and/or Exporter: Saffron Living Co., Ltd. Case number: A-549-841-002 Cash deposit rate: 763.28% 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. 4. Do not liquidate any entries of the merchandise covered by this proceeding until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
