A NEW, future version of the ACE CATAIR Appendix PGA (dated September 23, 2019) has been posted. This future version of the Appendix PGA includes Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Core-related code changes, including a reduction in APHIS Core codes. These APHIS Core-related code changes are in the following areas: PG06 Processing types PG10 Commodity Category codes for APH0600 PG10 Commodity Characteristics for APHIS Characteristics Fruits and Vegetables (Physical State A61) PG14 Licenses, Permits, Certificates, or Other (LPCO) Type Codes Please refer to the Appendix PGA change log for specifics. It is expected that these changes will not impact any APHIS Core business rules. These changes are expected in the testing environment (CERT) on 10/7/2019 and in production on 10/28/2019. In addition, three Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) International Trade Arms Regulations (ITAR) import exemption codes have been updated. The descriptions for 126.4a and 126.4c were updated; in addition, code 126.4b has been added. These DDTC changes are currently available in all environments.
