1. On 01/02/2024, (89 FR 60) Commerce published in the Federal Register its final results of administrative review of the countervailing duty order on glycine from India (subject merchandise) for the period 01/01/2021 through 12/31/2021. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Accordingly, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/02/2024, produced and/or exported by the companies named below, CBP shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value. Producer and/or Exporter: Kumar Industries, India and its cross-owned company: Advance Chemical Corporation Case number: C-533-884-001 Cash deposit rate: 7.24% Producer and/or Exporter: Rudraa International Case number: C-533-884-006 Cash deposit rate: 7.24% Producer and/or Exporter: Rexisize Rasayan Industries Case number: C-533-884-008 Cash deposit rate: 7.24% 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of subject merchandise until specific assessment instructions are issued. 4.
