CSMS #39837900 - Additional ACE Reports Virtual Office Hours Sessions U.S. Customs and Border Protection sent this bulletin at 09/17/2019 10:03 AM EDT Cargo Systems Messaging Service CSMS #39837900 - Additional ACE Reports Virtual Office Hours Sessions ACE Reports is expanding their Virtual Office Hours sessions and will offer appointment times on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Any ACE Reports user can schedule a 15-30 minute appointment with an ACE Reports expert to assist with a specific issue or question. During the session, the user will be asked to share their screen to demonstrate the issue they are trying to resolve. These sessions will be held Tuesday during the hours of 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM EST and 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST and every Thursday during the hours of 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM EST and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST. Please send an e-mail to ace.reports@cbp.dhs.gov to schedule an appointment and include “Request for Virtual Office Hours Appointment” in the subject line of your e-mail as well as a brief description of your question or issue that you would like us to address.
