CBP is extending local closure days to include September 6, 2019 to all who file entries at the Port of Wilmington, N.C. without penalty, for any entry summaries and payment of duties that were due September 5 and 6, 2019. The Port of Wilmington, N.C. will resume normal business operations on Monday, September 9, 2019.
