The Custom House is open for all Commercial Trade Operations . Both Wednesday, September 4 and Thursday, September 5, 2019 were local closure days granted to all who file entries at the Port of Charleston, S.C. (1601). CBP is extending the two days without penalty, for any entry summaries and payments of duties that were due on September 4 and September 5, 2019 in the Ports of Charleston, S.C.
