Additionally, a new version of the ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary (V13) is now posted on CBP.GOV at the following location: https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/ace-catair-error-dictionary A new error code (Q16) related to quota processing was added in this latest version of the error dictionary.
