Trade may experience delays during these times, mainly in the afternoon. CBP and FDA technical teams are actively working on a resolution. To facilitate movement of perishable shipments to the importer’s premises, prior notice requirements may be filed in the Prior Notice System Interface (PNSI) or the Automated Broker Interface (ABI) PE Transaction. The prior notice that is issued may then be linked to the Customs entry. If you have questions on the status of specific entries, please include your Client Representative and ACE Support on all correspondence. ACE Support can be contacted from 6:00 AM -10:00 PM Eastern, 7 days a week, at 877-345-1101 or ACE_Support@fda.hhs.gov.
