Ref: Message 1308302, dated 11/04/2011 1. Commerce has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Thailand for the period 08/01/2009 through 07/31/2010. On 11/13/2013, the Court of International Trade (CIT) issued its final judgment affirming Commerce's final remand redetermination results. Commerce's amendment, pursuant to the CIT's order, was published on 12/03/2013 in the Federal Register (78 FR 72628), with an effective date of 11/25/2013, and changes the cash deposit rate for the producer/exporter as listed in paragraph 2. 2. For shipments of polyethylene retail carrier bags from Thailand entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/25/2013, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: Producer/Exporter: Landblue (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Case number: A-549-821-018 Amended rate: 25.60% 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. 4. Do not liquidate any entries of the merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
