Ref: Message 1019302, dated 01/19/2011 1. Commerce has amended the final determination of its investigation of the antidumping duty order on drill pipe from the People's Republic of China for the period 04/01/2009 through 09/30/2009. On 11/04/2013, the Court of International Trade (“CIT”) issued its final judgment affirming the Department's final remand redetermination results. Commerce's amendment, pursuant to the CIT's order, was published on 11/20/2013 in the Federal Register and changes the cash deposit rate for the producer and exporter as listed in paragraph 2. 2. For shipments of drill pipe from People's Republic of China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/04/2013, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: Producer/Exporter: The DP-Master Group (DP-Master Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Jiangyin Liangda Drill Pipe Co., Ltd.) Case number: A-570-965-001 Amended rate: 149.36 % 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. 4. Do not liquidate any entries of the merchandise covered by the investigation until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
