THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE HAS PUBLISHED IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER (68 FR 51765) ON 08/28/2003 THE FINAL RESULTS OF ITS ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW OF GROUPSTARS CHEMICAL CO., LTD. (A570-001- 013) SUBJECT TO THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER ON POTASSIUM PERMANGANATE FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA FOR THE PERIOD 01/01/2001 THROUGH 12/31/2001. 2. AS A RESULT OF COMMERCE'S REVIEW, GROUPSTARS CHEMICAL CO., LTD.'S CASH DEPOSIT RATE HAS NOT BEEN REVISED BECAUSE IT DID NOT RECEIVE A COMPANY SPECIFIC RATE. THEREFORE, FOR SHIPMENTS OF POTASSIUM PERMANGANATE FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER 08/28/2003, THE REQUIRED PRC-WIDE CASH DEPOSIT RATE REMAINS 128.94 PERCENT. FOR COMPANIES PREVIOUSLY FOUND TO BE ENTITLED TO A COMPANY-SPECIFIC RATE AND FOR WHICH NO REVIEW WAS REQUESTED, THE CASH DEPOSIT RATES WILL CONTINUE TO BE THE COMPANY-SPECIFIC RATES PUBLISHED FOR THE MOST RECENT PERIOD REVIEWED.
