1. On 08/22/2023, Commerce published in the Federal Register (88 FR 57099) its affirmative preliminary determination of sales at less than fair value and critical circumstances in the antidumping duty investigation of tin mill products from the People's Republic of China (China). 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 3046403, dated 02/15/2023. 3. Because Commerce determined that critical circumstances exist for imports of tin mill products from China from the exporter listed below, CBP shall suspend liquidation of all appropriate entries of tin mill products from China that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/24/2023 which is 90 days before the date of publication of the preliminary determination in the Federal Register. Effective 05/24/2023, for entries of tin mill products from China from the exporter listed below, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the following dumping margin: China-Wide Entity Case number: A-570-150-000 Cash deposit rate: 111.98% of entered value 4. For all other entries of tin mill products from China, the following cash deposit instructions apply: A. For all Chinese exporters of tin mill products from China which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate. B. For all non-Chinese exporters of tin mill products from China which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will also be the China-wide rate. 5.
