Plain-English explanation

CSMS 3238304 is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Cargo Systems Messaging Service bulletin (trade policy), published on August 26, 2013. It carries the official CBP guidance brokers and importers must follow for the topic — "Correction of message number 2171310, dated 06/19/2012, concerning the antidumping duty order on Certain Pasta from Italy (A-475-818).". It links to 1 AD/CVD case in Tandom's catalog.
