1. On 08/19/2013, Commerce published in the Federal Register its final affirmative determination in the countervailing duty investigation of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Malaysia (78 FR 50381). 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 3028306, dated 01/28/2013. 3. This investigation has been assigned investigation number C-557-814. 4. For imports of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Malaysia, CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/19/2013. Effective 08/19/2013, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the subsidy rates for the producers and/or exporters listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: Asia Aquaculture (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Asia Aquaculture) A.K.A., Asia Aquaculture (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Asia Aquaculture), Star Feedmills (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Star Feedmills), and Charoen Pokphand Foods (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
