Commerce has completed its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on drill pipe from the People's Republic of China for the period 03/03/2011 through 12/31/2011 and published the final results in the Federal Register on 08/05/2013 (78 FR 47275). 2. Accordingly, for shipments of drill pipe from the People's Republic of China produced and/or exported by the firm listed below and entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/05/2013, you shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value. Producer and/or Exporter: Shanxi Yida Special Steel Group Co., Ltd.; Shanxi Yida Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; Shanxi Yida Special Steel Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (collectively, Yida Group) Case number: C-570-966-002 Cash deposit rate: 5.07% 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise made during the period of review until assessment instructions are issued. 4.
