1. Commerce is conducting a new shipper administrative review of the countervailing duty order on carbazole violet pigment 23 from India for the period 01/01/2022 through 12/31/2022 (C-533-839). 2. The notice of initiation for this review was published in the Federal Register on 08/02/2023 (88 FR 58039). 3. Suspend, or continue to suspend if already suspended, all entries of the subject merchandise from the producer and/or exporter identified below that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period 01/01/2022 through 12/31/2022 at the cash deposit rate in effect on the date of entry.
