1. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (78 FR 42492) on 07/16/2013 the final results of its administrative review of certain producers and/or exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India for the period 02/01/2011 through 01/31/2012. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, for shipments of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India produced and/or exported by the firms listed below, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 07/16/2013, the required cash deposit has been revised. Note that many of the companies listed below have alternate company names which are listed in ACE notes. Also note that for CBP purposes, Devi Sea Foods Limited (A-533-840-001) was revoked from the order where it both produced and exported certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India. See message 0217302, dated 08/05/2010. Accordingly, regarding Devi Sea Foods Limited (A-533-840-350), these cash deposit instructions apply only to entries of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India where Devi Sea Foods Limited acted as either the producer or exporter (but not both). These instructions do not apply to merchandise produced and exported by Devi Sea Foods Limited; pursuant to message 0217302 such entries are not subject to cash deposit requirements.
