1. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (78 FR 42497) on 07/16/2013 the final results of its administrative review of certain manufacturers/exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Thailand for the period 02/01/2011 through 01/31/2012. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, for shipments of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Thailand manufactured and/or exported by firms listed below, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 07/16/2013, the required cash deposit has been revised. For all manufacturers/exporters of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Thailand without their own rate, the cash deposit rate is 5.34 percent. 5. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 6.
