1. On 06/04/2013, Commerce published in the Federal Register (78 FR 33354) its final affirmative determination of sales at less-than-fair-value in the antidumping duty investigation of xanthan gum from Austria (78 FR 33354). 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 2191305, dated 07/09/2012. 3. This investigation has been assigned investigation number A-433-811. 4. For imports of xanthan gum from Austria, CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/10/2013. Effective 06/4/2013, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margin for the following producer and exporter combination listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: Jungbunzlauer Austria AG Case number: A-433-811-001 Cash deposit rate: 29.98% All Others Case Number: A-433-811-000 Cash Deposit Rate: 29.98% 5. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the producer, then the following instructions apply: A. If the exporter of the subject merchandise does not have its own rate but the producer has its own rate, the cash deposit will be the producer's rate. B. Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate of 29.98 percent to establish the cash deposit. 6.
