1. Commerce has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain lined paper products from India for the period 09/01/2020 through 08/31/2021. This amendment was published in the Federal Register (88 FR 28493) on 05/04/2023, and changes the cash deposit rate for the producers and/or exporters as listed in paragraph 2. 2. For shipments of certain lined paper products from India entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 04/12/2023, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: Producer and/or Exporter: Pioneer Stationery Pvt. Ltd. Case number: A-533-843-013 Cash deposit rate: 3.21% Producer and/or Exporter: SGM Paper Products Case number: A-533-843-067 Cash deposit rate: 3.21% Note: Commerce inadvertently omitted this company from the final results Federal Register notice.
