1. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (78 FR 22513) on 04/16/2013 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from the People's Republic of China for the period 09/01/2010 through 08/31/2011. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rate has been revised for a certain exporter. Therefore, for shipments of certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from the People's Republic of China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 04/16/2013, the required cash deposit has been revised for the following exporters: Exporter: Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co., Ltd. Case number: A-570-912-053 Cash deposit rate: 112.41 percent 3. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporters listed above, then the following instructions apply: A. If the PRC or non-PRC exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all PRC exporters of subject merchandise which have not been assigned to a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the PRC-wide rate of 210.48 percent. C. For all non-PRC exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the PRC exporter that supplied that non-PRC exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise included in this administrative review until assessment instructions are issued. 5.
