1. Commerce has completed its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain lined paper products from India for the period 01/01/2010 through 12/31/2010 and published the final results in the Federal Register on 04/17/2013 (78 FR 22845). 2. Accordingly, for shipments of certain lined paper products from India entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 04/17/2013, you shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value. Producer: A.R. Printing & Packaging India Private Limited (AR Printing) and/or Exporter: A.R. Printing & Packaging India Private Limited (AR Printing) Case number: C-533-844-004 Cash deposit rate: 94.92 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise made during the period of review until liquidation instructions are issued. 4.
