Commerce published in the Federal Register (88 FR 24167) on 04/19/2023 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on forged steel fittings from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period 11/01/2020 through 10/31/2021. 2. If the Chinese or non-Chinese exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all exporters of subject merchandise that have not been assigned a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate of 142.72 percent. C. For all non-Chinese exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the Chinese exporter that supplied that non-Chinese exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice.
