1. On 03/28/2023, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on polyester textured yarn from Indonesia (A-560-838) for the period 06/03/2021 through 11/29/2021 and 12/13/2021 through 11/30/2022. This SI was issued in connection with court number 22-00007. 2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of polyester textured yarn from Indonesia that were produced by or exported by: PT Asia Pacific Fibers TBK that were subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Polyester Textured Yarn from Indonesia: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales At Less Than Fair Value, 86 Fed. Reg. 58875 (October 25, 2021) and subject to the order published at Polyester Textured Yarn from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Antidumping Duty Orders, 86 Fed. Reg. 71031 (December 14, 2021); that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the periods of June 3, 2021 through November 29, 2021 and December 13, 2021 through November 30, 2022. 3. Effective 03/28/2023 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 03/28/2023. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 5. The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 1351407, dated 12/17/2021. 6.
