1. On 03/27/2023, Commerce published in the Federal Register (88 FR 18115) its final affirmative determination of sales at less-than-fair-value in the antidumping duty investigation of certain preserved mushrooms from the Netherlands (A-421-815). 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 2119404, dated 04/29/2022. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-421-815. 4. For imports of certain preserved mushrooms from the Netherlands, CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/03/2022 (date suspension first started). Effective 03/27/2023, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: Okechamp B.V. Case number: A-421-815-001 Cash deposit rate: 146.59% All Others Case Number: A-421-815-000 Cash Deposit Rate: 132.97% 5. Commerce found that a 0.00 percent margin exists for imports of preserved mushrooms from the Netherlands that were produced and exported by Prochamp B.V. (A-421-815-002). Therefore, CBP shall not suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/03/2022 (date suspension first started). 6. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the producer, then the following instructions apply: A. If the exporter of the subject merchandise does not have its own rate but the producer has its own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the producer's rate. B. Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate of 132.97 percent to establish the cash deposit rate. 7.
