1. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (88 FR 15660) on 03/14/2023 the amended final results of its administrative review of certain producers and/or exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails from Malaysia for the period 07/01/2020 through 06/30/2021. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, for shipments of certain steel nails from Malaysia produced and/or exported by the firm(s) listed below, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/14/2023, the required cash deposit has been revised: Producer and/or Exporter: Region International Co., Ltd.; Region System Sdn. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice.
