On 02/26/2013, Commerce published in the Federal Register (78 FR 13019) its final determination of sales at less than fair value in the antidumping duty investigation of drawn stainless steel sinks from the People's Republic of China (“PRC”).
2.
The products covered by this investigation are described in message 2089307, dated 03/29/2012.
3.
This investigation has been assigned investigation number A-570-983.
4.
For imports of drawn stainless steel sinks from the PRC, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 10/04/2012.
5.
Effective 02/26/2013, CBP shall require, for entries of drawn stainless steel sinks from the PRC from the exporter/producer combinations listed below, a cash deposit equal to the antidumping duty rates shown below:

For all other entries of drawn stainless steel sinks from the PRC, the following cash deposit instructions apply:
A.
For all PRC exporters of drawn stainless steel sinks from the PRC which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the PRC-wide rate.
B.
For all non-PRC exporters of drawn stainless steel sinks from the PRC which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the producer/exporter combinations that supplied that non-PRC exporter.
