1. Commerce is conducting a new shipper administrative review of the antidumping duty order on carbazole violet pigment 23 from India for the period 12/01/2021 through 11/30/2022 (A-533-838). 2. The notice of initiation for this review was published in the Federal Register on 01/27/2023 (88 FR 5309). 3. Suspend, or continue to suspend if already suspended, all entries of the subject merchandise from the exporter/producer combination identified below that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period 12/01/2021 through 11/30/2022 at the cash deposit rate in effect on the date of entry.
