Commerce is conducting a new shipper administrative review of the antidumping duty order on fresh garlic from the People's Republic of China for the period 11/01/2021 through 10/31/2022 (A-570-831). 2. The notice of initiation for this review was published in the Federal Register on 01/05/2023 (88 FR 858). 3. Suspend, or continue to suspend if already suspended, all entries of the subject merchandise from the exporter/producer combination(s) identified below that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period 11/01/2021 through 10/31/2022 at the cash deposit rate(s) in effect on the date of entry.
