Notice of final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of steel wire garment hangers from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (A-552-812)

1. On 12/26/2012, Commerce published in the Federal Register (77 FR 75980) its final determination of sales at less than fair value in the antidumping duty investigation of steel wire garment hangers from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 2032302 dated 02/01/2012. 3. This investigation has been assigned investigation number A-552-812. 4. In message 2243301 dated 08/30/2012, Commerce determined that critical circumstances exist for imports of steel wire garment hangers from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from the exporter/producer combinations listed in the company-details table appended to message 2243301 dated 08/30/2012, as well as from the Vietnam-wide entity. Pursuant to Commerce's final determination and final affirmative determination of critical circumstances (77 FR 75980, 12/26/2012), CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of all appropriate entries of steel wire garment hangers from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from the exporter/producer combinations listed in the company-details table appended to this message that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/04/2012, which is 90 days before the date of publication of the preliminary determination in the Federal Register. 5. Effective 12/26/2012, for entries of steel wire garment hangers from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from the exporter/producer combinations listed in the company-details table appended to this message, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the antidumping duty rates shown in the appended table. 6. For all other entries of steel wire garment hangers from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the following cash deposit instructions apply: A. For all Vietnamese exporters of steel wire garment hangers from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit will be the Vietnam-wide rate. B. For all non-Vietnamese exporters of steel wire garment hangers from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the producer/exporter combinations that supplied that non-Vietnamese exporter. 7.
