1. Commerce has completed its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain pasta from Italy for the period 01/01/2010 through 12/31/2010 and published the final results in the Federal Register on 11/21/2012 (77 FR 69793). 2. Accordingly, for shipments of certain pasta from Italy entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/21/2012, you shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value. Producer: Molino E Pastificio Tomasello S.p.A. Case number: C-475-819-051 Cash deposit rate: 2.49% 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise made during the period of review until assessment instructions are issued. 4.
