ON 09/25/2002, THE U.S. COURT OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE ISSUED A PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION ENJOINING LIQUIDATION OF CERTAIN ENTRIES WHICH ARE SUBJECT TO THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER OR FINDING ON STAINLESS STEEL BAR FROM INDIA (A-533-810), MANUFACTURED OR EXPORTED BY VIRAJ FORGINGS, LTD., VIRAJ ALLOYS, LTD., AND VIRAJ IMPOEXPO, LTD. ("COLLECTIVELY, THE VIRAJ GROUP") FOR THE PERIOD FEBRUARY 1, 2000 THROUGH JANUARY 31, 2001. 2.
