1. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (77 FR 61390) on 10/9/2012 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on certain lined paper products from PRC for the period 09/01/2010 through 08/31/2011. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, Leo's Quality Products Co., Ltd./Denmax Plastic Stationery Factory (Leo/Denmax) from PRC is no longer eligible for a separate rate and is now considered part of the PRC-wide entity (A-570-901-000). Effective 10/09/2012, the following case number is no longer available for the entry of certain lined paper products from the people's republic of China. A-570-901-081 3. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporter listed above, then the following instructions apply: A. If the PRC or non-PRC exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all PRC exporters of subject merchandise which have not been assigned to a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the PRC-wide rate of 258.21 percent. C. For all non-PRC exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the PRC exporter that supplied that non-PRC exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise included in this administrative review until assessment instructions are issued. 5.
