The Department of Commerce has completed its administrative review and revocation in part of the antidumping duty order on certain fresh cut flowers from Colombia for the period March 1, 1989 through February 28, 1990 and published the final results in the Federal Register on October 7, 1991 (56 FR 50554). 2. Imports covered by the order are shipments of certain fresh cut flowers from Colombia (standard carnations, miniature (spray) carnations, standard chrysanthemums and pompon chrysanthemums. These products are currently classifiable under item numbers 0603.10.30.00, 0603.10.70.10, 0603.10.70.20, and 0603.10.70.30 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS). 3. The cash deposit rate for all other manufacturers or exporters will be 2.26 percent. 4. The Department has revoked the Floramerica group of companies (Cultivos del Caribe, Floramerica, Flores Las Palmas, and Jardines de Colombia) from the antidumping duty order effective October 7, 1991. As of that date, shipments from these growers\exporters should no longer be suspended from liquidation. 5. These cash deposit requirements\waivers will remain in effect until publication of the final results of the next administrative review. 6. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise by those exporters included in this administrative review until appraisement instructions are issued. Instructions will not be sent until at least 30 days after publication of the final results, and may be delayed indefinately if an appeal of the final determination is filed with the Court of International Trade. 7.
