Commerce has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from the People's Republic of China for the period 01/01/2019 through 12/31/2019. This amendment was published in the Federal Register (87 FR 50069) on 08/15/2022, and changes the cash deposit rates for the producers/exporters as listed in paragraph 2. On 09/12/2022 (87 FR 55782), Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice correcting the final results and the amended final results of countervailing duty review. 2. For shipments of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from the People's Republic of China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 07/07/2022, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: Producer and/or Exporter: Suntech Power Co., Ltd.
