1. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (87 FR 60656) on 10/06/2022 the final results of its administrative review of certain producers and/or exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand for the period 03/01/2020 through 02/28/2021. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, for shipments of circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand produced and/or exported by the firms listed below, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 10/06/2022, the required cash deposit has been revised: Producer and/or Exporter: Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Co., Ltd.; Saha Thai Steel Pipe (Public) Company, Ltd. For all producers/exporters of circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand without their own rate, the cash deposit rate is 15.67 percent. 5. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 6.
