Commerce published in the Federal Register (87 FR 54975) on 09/08/2022 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from the People's Republic of China for the period 02/01/2020 through 01/31/2021. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 09/08/2022, (the date of publication of the final results of review in the Federal Register), the required cash deposit has been revised for certain exporters as detailed below: Exporter: Jiangsu Alcha Aluminum Group Co., Ltd.; Baotou Alcha Aluminum Co., Ltd.; Alcha International Holdings Limited Case number: A-570-073-021 Cash deposit rate: 51.50% Note to CBP: The final results Federal Register Notice inadvertently listed Jiangsu Alcha Aluminum Co., Ltd. in the rate chart. Commerce will publish a forthcoming Federal Register notice clarifying that the rate listed in the rate chart applies to entries that were exported by Jiangsu Alcha Aluminum Group Co., Ltd.; Baotou Alcha Aluminum Co., Ltd.; and Alcha International Holdings Limited. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporters listed above then the following instructions apply: A. If the China or non-China exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all exporters of subject merchandise that have not been assigned a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate of 59.72 percent. C. For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that non-China exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice.
