1. On 10/18/2011, Commerce determined that multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China that is produced and exported by Zhejiang Yuhua Timber Co. Ltd. is excluded from the antidumping duty order on multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China. See message 1297310, dated 10/24/2011. 2. On 09/09/2022, Commerce published in the Federal Register (87 FR 55395) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China (A-570-970). As a result of its review, Commerce determined that multilayered wood flooring produced and exported by Zhejiang Yuhua Timber Co. Ltd. and invoiced by A-Timber Flooring Company Limited is excluded from the antidumping duty order on multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China: Producer: Zhejiang Yuhua Timber Co. Ltd. Exporter: Zhejiang Yuhua Timber Co. Ltd. Case Number: A-570-970-003 Note to CBP: Merchandise that is produced and exported by Zhejiang Yuhua Timber Co. Ltd. is excluded from the order on multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China regardless of whether it is invoiced by A-Timber Flooring Company Limited. 3. Accordingly, for shipments of multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China that were produced and exported by Zhejiang Yuhua Timber Co. Ltd. and invoiced by A-Timber Flooring Company Limited, which were entered or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/26/2011, CBP shall not require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties. 4. CBP should discontinue suspension of liquidation of imports of shipments of multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China that were produced and exported by Zhejiang Yuhua Timber Co. Ltd. and invoiced by A-Timber Flooring Company Limited that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/26/2011. Commerce will issue separate liquidation instructions for these entries. 5. Merchandise invoiced by A-Timber Flooring Company Limited that is produced and/or exported by any company other than Zhejiang Yuhua Timber Co. Ltd. is not subject to this exclusion from suspension of liquidation. Such merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption should be entered under case number A-570-970-000 and suspended at the China-wide cash deposit rate or other company-specific rate. 6.
