1. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (77 FR 51754) on 08/27/2012 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from the PRC for the period 01/01/2010 through 12/31/2010. 2. In the administrative review, Commerce decided to continue to apply the same cash deposit rate to the PRC-wide entity. Therefore, for shipments of wooden bedroom furniture from the PRC entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/27/2012, the required cash deposit rate for the PRC-wide entity is as follows: Exporter: PRC-Wide Entity Case Number: (A-570-890-000) Cash Deposit Rate: 216.01 3. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporter listed above, then the following instructions apply: A. If the PRC or non-PRC exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all PRC exporters of subject merchandise which have not been assigned to a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the PRC-wide rate of 216.01 percent. C. For all non-PRC exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the PRC exporter that supplied that non-PRC exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise included in this administrative review until assessment instructions are issued. 5.
