On 08/04/2022, Commerce initiated a circumvention inquiry to determine whether light-walled welded rectangular carbon steel tubing completed in Vietnam using Taiwan-origin hot-rolled steel and exported from Vietnam into the United States are covered by the scope of the antidumping duty order on light-walled welded rectangular carbon steel tubing from Taiwan (A-583-803). See 87 FR 47711. 4. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of light-walled welded rectangular carbon steel tubing completed in Vietnam using Taiwan-origin hot-rolled steel and exported from Vietnam into the United States that is already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping duty order on light-walled welded rectangular carbon steel tubing from Taiwan at the cash deposit rates in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5. In accordance with 19 CFR 351.226(l)(5), this instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures. 6.
