Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of certain welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes completed in Vietnam using India-origin hot-rolled steel and exported from Vietnam into the United States that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping duty order on certain welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes from India at the cash deposit rates in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
