1. This is a correction to message 2164402, dated 06/13/2022, to correct the effective date of these instructions and paragraph 2 of that message. 2. Paragraph 2 of message 2164402 contains incorrect information about the effective date that the revised cash deposit rate should be applied. Paragraph 2 of message 2164402 contains the incorrect numerical order and case number of one company that received a revised cash deposit rate. This company is Sailun Group Co., Ltd.; Sailun Jinyu Group Co., Ltd.; Sailun Tire International Corp.; Shandong Jinyu Industrial Co., Ltd.; Sailun Jinyu Group (Hong Kong) Co., Limited; Dynamic Tire Corp.; Husky Tire Corp.; Seatex International Inc.; Seatex PTE. Ltd. Below is the fully corrected message. Ref: Message 8081305, dated 03/22/2018 3. Commerce has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain passenger vehicle and light truck tires from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period 01/27/2015 through 07/31/2016. This amendment was published in the Federal Register (87 FR 33717) on 06/03/2022, and changes the cash deposit rate for the exporters as listed in paragraph 4. 4.
