COMMERCE HAS PUBLISHED IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER (77 FR 40854) ON 07/11/2012 THE FINAL RESULTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW OF CERTAIN EXPORTERS SUBJECT TO THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER ON SMALL DIAMETER GRAPHITE ELECTRODES FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA (PRC) FOR THE PERIOD 02/01/2010 THROUGH 01/31/2011. 2. AS A RESULT OF COMMERCE'S REVIEW, THE CASH DEPOSIT RATES HAVE BEEN REVISED FOR CERTAIN EXPORTERS. THEREFORE, FOR SHIPMENTS OF SMALL DIAMETER GRAPHITE ELECTRODES FROM THE PRC ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER 07/11/2012, THE REQUIRED CASH DEPOSIT HAS BEEN REVISED FOR THE EXPORTERS LISTED IN THE COMPANY-DETAILS TABLE APPENDED TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS MESSAGE. 3. IF ANY ENTRIES OF THIS MERCHANDISE ARE EXPORTED BY A FIRM OTHER THAN THE EXPORTERS LISTED IN THE TABLE, THEN THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS APPLY: A. IF THE PRC OR NON-PRC EXPORTER OF THE SUBJECT MERCHANDISE HAS ITS OWN RATE, USE THE APPLICABLE EXPORTER'S RATE FOR DETERMINING THE CASH DEPOSIT RATE. B. FOR ALL PRC EXPORTERS OF SUBJECT MERCHANDISE WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN ASSIGNED TO A SEPARATE RATE, THE CASH DEPOSIT RATE WILL BE THE PRC-WIDE RATE OF 159.64 PERCENT. C.
