COMMERCE HAS PUBLISHED IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER (77 FR 36257) ON 06/18/2012 THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ITS SECTION 129 DETERMINATION ON CERTAIN PASTA FROM ITALY FOR THE PERIODS 07/01/1998 – 06/30/1999, 07/01/2002 – 06/30/2003, 07/01/2003 – 06/30/2004, 07/01/2004 – 06/30/2005, 07/01/2006 – 06/30/2007, 07/01/2007 – 06/30/2008, AND 07/01/2009 – 06/30/2010. 2. AS A RESULT OF COMMERCE'S DETERMINATION, THE CASH DEPOSIT RATES HAVE BEEN REVISED FOR CERTAIN COMPANIES. THEREFORE, FOR SHIPMENTS OF CERTAIN PASTA FROM ITALY ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER 06/08/2012, THE REQUIRED CASH DEPOSIT HAS BEEN REVISED AS LISTED IN THE COMPANY-DETAILS TABLE APPENDED TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS MESSAGE 3. IF ANY ENTRIES OF MERCHANDISE ARE EXPORTED BY A FIRM OTHER THAN THE MANUFACTURER, THEN THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS APPLY: A. IF THE EXPORTER OF THE SUBJECT MERCHANDISE HAS ITS OWN RATE, USE THE EXPORTER'S RATE TO DETERMINE THE CASH DEPOSIT RATE. B.
