Commerce has amended the final results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires from People's Republic of China for the period 01/01/2019 through 12/31/2019. This amendment was published in the Federal Register, (87 FR 29851) on 05/17/2022 and changes the cash deposit rate for the producers/exporters as listed in paragraph 2. 2. For shipments of Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires from People's Republic of China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/10/2022, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: Producer and/or Exporter: Shandong Province Sanli Tire Manufacture Co., Ltd. Case number: C-570-017-035 Amended rate: 25.63 % Producer and/or Exporter: Jiangsu Hankook Tire Co., Ltd Case number: C-570-017-050 Amended rate: 25.63 % Producer and/or Exporter: Triangle Tyre Co., Ltd Case number: C-570-017-079 Amended rate: 125.17 % Producer and/or Exporter: Qingdao Landwinner Tyre Co., Ltd Case number: C-570-017-080 Amended rate: 25.63 % Producer and/or Exporter: Sumitomo Rubber (Hunan) Co., Ltd. and its cross-owned affiliates Sumitomo Rubber (China) Co., Ltd. and Sumitomo Rubber (Changshu) Co.
