Initiation of scope inquiry - antidumping and countervailing orders on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from the People's Republic of China (A-570-106; C-570-107)

On 05/13/2022, Commerce initiated a scope inquiry to determine whether four types of Rev-A-Shelf cabinet organizers ((i) a Tall Drawer with Dividers; (ii) a Standard Drawer; (iii) a Cutlery Drawer; and (iv) a Tiered Maxx Drawer) are covered by the scope of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from the People's Republic of China (A-570-106; C-570-107). 2. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of the Rev-A-Shelf cabinet organizers identified above that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from the People's Republic of China at the cash deposit rate(s) in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3. In accordance with 19 CFR 351.225(l)(5), this instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures. 4.
