Ref: Message 2136407, dated 05/16/2022 1. Commerce has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from Taiwan for the period 03/07/2017 through 09/30/2018. This amendment was published in the Federal Register (87 FR 28807) on 05/11/2022, with an effective date of 10/08/2020 and changes the cash deposit rate for the producer/exporter as listed in paragraph 2. 2. For shipments of rebar from Taiwan entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 10/08/2020, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: Producer and/or Exporter: Power Steel Co., Ltd. Case number: A-583-859-001 Amended Cash Deposit rate: 0.00% 3. Instructions for granting a request for a refund on any overcollection or for collecting additional deposits will be issued in a separate message. 4. This cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. 5. Do not liquidate any entries of the merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 6.
